Our House Manager Services range from high level strategic planning to tactical everyday tasks, which may include:
Select and hire attorney, attend meetings on client’s behalf and gather information
Hire caterer, plan dinner party and create invitations
Manage operations of multiple homes up to 20,000sf
Work with general contractor and designer on new construction project
Prepare house for resale: repairs, donations and consignment
Ensure guest house is fully stocked, cleaned and ready for guests
Management of landscaping, maintenance, housekeeping and all service providers

*Monthly service options with a designated house manager and backup support are available starting at 20 hours per month.*
Don't need home management, but you need personal assistance with projects and errands? Give us your task list no matter how big or small.
We’ll spend up to two hours with you in your home (or virtually) learning about your projects/tasks before recommending service provider(s) to use or outlining a plan of approach that we will take to tackle your list.
Our clients have consulted with us on a variety of things such as planning their home renovation, a special event planning, research on a major purchase like finding the perfect car, auto maintenance needs, in home small repairs, gift purchasing, transportation needs for their family, grocery shopping, dry cleaning, baby sitting ... you name it, we can assist!
